- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company’s products
- To exceed customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
- Required language(s): English spoken and written
- Those recently completed SPM are encouraged to apply – Full Training provided.
- Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position
- Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
