Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company’s products
  • To exceed customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA

Requirement:

  • Required language(s): English spoken and written
  • Those recently completed SPM are encouraged to apply – Full Training provided.
  • Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position
  • Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
