Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday (9 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
Allowance: RM 500 - RM 600
Location: Subang Jaya
Nationality: Malaysian only
1. Assist in calling the candidates and arrange an interview session
2. Post job advertisement according to the targeted position (assigned by recruitment consultant)
3. Assist management and implementation of administrative and facilities functions.
4. Assist in sales activities administrative .
5. Devising and maintaining office systems ,including data management and filling .
6. Supporting the office manager , office assistant to perform administrative duties are requested.
7. Take on additional duties and responsibilities as required
1. Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (Written / Spoken)
2. Students from Business, Human Resource, Marketing or any other field are encouraged to apply (Diploma / Bachelor Degree)
3. Able to multitask is an added advantage
