  1. To issue, print and fax purchase order.
  2. To compile and file purchase order and approved quotation.
  3. To match supplier's invoices, delivery order against purchase order.
  4. To monitor supplier delivery, quality, pricing and service performance.
  5. To request quotations from suppliers for pricing comparison purpose.
  6. To maintain proper documents filing system.
