Job Description

A condominium near OUG  is URGENTLY seeking for a management office clerk. With or without condo management experience is fine but prefer UBS system experience.

Salary : Max RM 3000 ( depend on experience, fresh start from 1.5k)

working day : 5.5 day

Location: Happy Garden, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description

  • Office management including printing, scanning and data entry
  • Documentation and filling task
  • Handle own condo resident enquire
  • Handle condo utility bill payment
  • Any add hoc task from management.

Job Requirement

  • Experience in administrative role or condo management exposure will added advantage
  • Experience in using UBS system will be considered as a plus
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
