Job Description

  • Assist in full spectrum of HR & administrative duties including recruitment and selection, performance management, training & development, leave management, compensation and benefits, payroll and Employee Relationship
  • Responsible for issuance of employment letters, confirmation letter, warning letters, resignation letters and etc.
  • Assist in stationary/ name card/ refreshment order; company insurance, security and cleaning management
  • Reference point for overall internal administrative process, policies and procedures e.g. ordering of office supplies, IT assets safekeeping, meeting room bookings and general enquiries
  • Organise, manage and maintain filing and retrieval system for all documents
  • Assist with day-to-dayoperations of HR functionsand administrative duties
  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and uphold HR best practices
  • Workers disciplinary, misconduct investigation and grievance handling
  • Support and administer employee on-boarding such as arrangement of workplace and tools (laptop, office supplies, phone line, business cards, etc.)
  • Prepare weekly reports
  • To undertake any ad-hoc tasks/ projects pertaining to HR and administrative duties as and when required
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-5 years of HR and Admin working experiences
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive working attitude, independent, resourceful and meticulous
  • Attentive to detail and good in planning and time management
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and good team player
  • Fast learner with excellent follow up skills
  • Computer literate, notably Microsoft Applications
  • Ability to learn new software program
  • Good command in both oral and written English
  • Able to start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 to RM2,500.00 /month
