1 Familiarize services and/or products of MyTreats
2 Consistently implement sales and recruitment strategies for merchant and member recruitments for MyTreats.
3 Maintain existing merchants and members through support and customer relationship management.
4 Help to establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the market and develop strong relationships with banks, merchants, suppliers and business partners.
5 Identify new sales and marketing opportunities and develop new prospect leads.
6 Proactively work alongside with colleagues and management to achieve company’s goals with high standard of professional and compliance excellence.
7 Facilitate and organize development programs, sales training and competency based leadership training by delivering various learning methodologies.
She/He Must have the following skill/quality:
1 Friendly personality
2 Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin/Cantonese (optional)
3 Effective communication skills
4 Critical thinking
5 Good public relations skill
6 Proficient in handling basic computing software e.g. Words, Excel, etc.
7 Possess own transport
8 Have 2 - 3 years of sales experience
9 Ability to lead
Basic is RM2500.00 - RM3000.00
- Commission and traveling allowance.
