Job Description

Location : Segambut

Company industry : Spare Parts shop 

Working hours : Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm and Sat 9am-3pm

Job Scope

  • Handle sales administration and clerical tasks
  • Handle order processing (PO/invoice) , order entry, sales record and customer reports 
  • Check customer’s payment, credit status, and obtain authorization from the sales manager
  • Arrange appointments for the sales team
  • Handle incoming calls and reply emails
  • Provide support for sales representative

Job Requirement

  • Min 1 year experience in admin
  • own transport 
  • Can speak/write English and Malay
