- Manages the development and execution of integrated marketing plans/strategies to promote the agency and practices within
- Work closely with the Campaign Manager and Account Executives during all stages of the campaign cycle.
- Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.
- Providing tailored digital marketing solutions to clients.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Tracking and managing company pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals.
- Identify and upsell existing business digital offerings including all available digital advertising platforms such as; display advertising, video advertising, performance advertising, SEM, SEO, social media marketing, and web development solutions.
- Utilise engagement and retention metrics, customer feedback, industry trends and creativity to develop revenue growth opportunities.
- Bachelor Degree Required
- 2+ years experiences in digital marketing agency or related environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationship internally and externally
- Good presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong connection to advertisers
- Excellent understanding of digital & social media and the latest trends.
