Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
  • No work experience required. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, computer, interpersonal skill, self motivation, aggressive, team player, responsible, time management, take initiative to report to superior 
  • Able to work independently and has sense of urgency
  • Preferably Entry Level/ Junior Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for general administrative and clerical support to all department
  • Attending to guests/clients and serving them in a professional manner
  • Attending to phone calls, preparing letters/emails and any documents relating to the business and general enquires
  • Handle in matters relating to office maintenance – facilities, equipment and computer
  • Ensure office and pantry cleanliness, sufficient supply of pantry items (eg, coffee or tea)
  • Maintain proper document filing in a timely and orderly manner
