Job Description

Location : Damansara Heights
Salary : RM 2600 ~ RM 3500 

Contract 1 year and renewable 

Job Scope : 

  • Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
  • Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists and ensure effective, systematic and efficient records (both soft and hard copy) and storage.
  • Prepare invitation-of-bid forms, and mail forms to supplier firms or distribute forms for public posting.
  • To handle matters related to printing, photocopying, binding, compiling, distributing and on matters related to the Department.
  • To handle enquiries and telephone calls on matters related to the Department .
  • Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the Management.

Requirement : 

  • SPM or Diploma holder with 2-3  experience in  procurement or purchasing 
  • Able to communicate in English
